Thermax will be participating in the 20th India International Seafood Show (IISS) 2016, one of the largest Seafood Fairs in Asia.
The event, which will take place in Visakhapatnam from September 23- 25, 2016 is one of the oldest and largest seafood shows in Asia, and is used as a platform for manufacturers and suppliers of processing machinery and packaging systems – among others – to display their wares. The theme of IISS 2016 is ‘Safe and Sustainable Indian Aquaculture’.
This year’s show, arranged by India’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry, alongside the Seafood Exporters Association of India, will highlight technological advances and sustainable practices in the country’s aquaculture sector.
According to organizers, more than 300 stalls would be arranged at the exhibition and 3,000 delegates from India and abroad are expected to participate.
There will also be technical sessions on subjects such as trade Initiatives and fiscal Issues, international seafood regulations, and Fishery/aquaculture certifications.
